Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer

Alla Dzyuba is the Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Transcontinental Realty Investors, Inc. (“TCI”) and American Realty Investors, Inc.(“ARL”). In addition, she is the Chief Accounting Officer and Director of Southern Properties Capital, Ltd. She is responsible for SEC financial reporting for all public companies, including TCI, ARL, and Income Opportunity Realty Investors, Inc. Alla oversees internal management reporting, monthly closing procedures, manages special projects, and acts as the Company’s corporate liaison with external auditors.

Alla has been employed with Pillar since 2004 and has over 15 years of real estate accounting and financial reporting experience, including 6 years of broker-dealer regulatory reporting.

Alla holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Information Management from the University of Texas in Dallas and is a qualified CPA candidate by the Texas Board of Accountancy.
